Description: The Waves of Change Festival is an annual celebration of the big blue to inspire love, care and action for the ocean.
The 2022 edition features a variety of ocean-related exhibitions created by ocean lovers – from illuminating underwater photography by Singapore’s dive community and captivating short stories by local writers; to multimedia ocean art and entertaining films and discussions.
