Learning Forest Tour

Description: The Learning Forest features a network of boardwalks and elevated walkways that allow visitors to explore habitats ranging from a freshwater forest wetland to a lowland rainforest. Visitors can learn about freshwater forest wetland ecosystems at the Keppel Discovery Wetlands and walk amongst a collection of some of the tallest tree species in Southeast Asia at the SPH Walk of Giants.

Free Tours ITGD 2022 @ The Arts House

Description: Join us on Saturday, 9 April from 10am to 4pm at The Arts House @ Parliament Lane for an exciting discovery of the civic district, recounting Singapore’s transformation “FROM COLONY TO NATION” (殖民地到共和国).

3 different walking tours have been curated to explore this transformation. The tours will be conducted in English and Mandarin at 15 mins interval. Each tour’s duration is about 45 mins.

Today The Sky Will Be Brighter

Description: Named after an unreleased track, Today The Sky Will Be Brighter is a performance of fully original material, comprising both released and unreleased materials from the years past. Written for a quartet, the titular song will be led and performed by Bennett on his acoustic guitar, accompanied by his friends on violin, piano and glockenspiel. The repertoire will also include new material that will be released later in the year as part of his third full-length release, For Better Tomorrows, as well as brand new songs intended for Bennett’s fourth record.

Life is Sweet: Ang Ku Kueh Girl Exhibition

Description: These illustrations were inspired by Wang Shijia’s reflections on life’s joys and struggles. But don’t mistake Ang Ku Kueh Girl for her creator! Ang Ku Kueh Girl is determined, persistent and a thankful optimist; Shijia aspires to be like her!

Many of these illustrations have been published before. They have since been updated with new details and colours. Shijia also added traditional Chinese motifs to convey her well wishes for visitors.
